Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cybersecurity, operational technology (OT), embedded systems, and radio frequency (RF) communications. Experience in leading and mentoring a team of engineers is essential, along with a proven track record in research and development of detection algorithms and systems. A blend of technical expertise and leadership capabilities is required, with the ability to work collaboratively across different engineering and product teams. Familiarity with national defense assets and critical transportation infrastructure is a plus.

Responsibilities

The Manager, Detections will lead, mentor, and develop a team of detection engineers specializing in OT, embedded systems, and RF security. They will drive the research, design, development, prototyping, and validation of novel detection algorithms and system signatures. This role involves setting strategic R&D direction, anticipating future threats, and pioneering innovative solutions for non-traditional IT environments. The manager will also foster an environment of innovation and continuous learning, manage team performance, and serve as a key interface between the Research organization and other cross-functional teams.
