Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience, along with 7+ years of product management experience in the security industry. Experience driving high-velocity product releases, familiarity with public cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud, and experience with identity and access management (IAM) solutions are preferred. Strong leadership and communication skills, a hands-on and collaborative approach to problem-solving, and a proven track record of driving revenue growth and increasing market share for security products and services are also required.

Responsibilities

The Senior Product Manager will define the core product direction and build product roadmaps for StrongDM’s product portfolio, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive the development and launch of new products and features. They will participate in backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to refine product direction, conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, develop product roadmaps and user stories, and communicate product vision to stakeholders. Furthermore, the Product Manager will monitor product performance, user feedback, and market trends to continuously improve the product portfolio and drive revenue growth.
