Requirements

Candidates should possess 10+ years of Product Management experience, with at least 5 years in a Product Management leadership role, directly managing other Product Managers operating in an empowered product model. They should have extensive experience building and growing customer-facing B2B SaaS products, ideally in sales-tech and the RFP/proposal space, and desired experience with the knowledge management space, and effectively solving content management, search, and enterprise collaboration and workflow problems.

Responsibilities

The Director, Product Management will lead with an inspiring vision and develop a winning strategy and roadmap for the Library product team, working backward from that vision to plan and deliver capabilities. They will set challenging goals for their team and ensure effective delivery of high-impact outcomes, utilizing data-informed decision-making to continually evolve strategy and measure customer impact. The role also requires leading a team of talented Product Managers, providing mentorship and support, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and engaging regularly with customers to build confidence and ensure alignment with customer needs.
