Loopio is seeking an experienced Director, Product Management to lead a key team within their product management practice. Reporting into the VP, Product Management, this leader will oversee the entire lifecycle for a portion of their product, ensuring innovative solutions for customers and meeting business objectives. The ideal candidate thrives in an entrepreneurial environment, enjoys a blend of strategy and hands-on product management, and has experience scaling B2B SaaS products, particularly in sales-tech.

Requirements

  • Experience: 10+ years of Product Management experience, with 5+ years in a Product Management leadership role.
  • Leadership: Experience managing and mentoring other Product Managers.
  • B2B SaaS: Extensive experience building and growing customer-facing B2B SaaS products, ideally in sales-tech and the RFP/proposal space.
  • Knowledge Management: Experience with the knowledge management space, and solving content management, search, and enterprise collaboration/workflow problems.
  • AI/ML: Experience building products that leverage AI/ML.

    • Lead a team of talented Product Managers.
    • Provide mentorship and support to create high-performing individuals and teams.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership:
    • Partner closely with teams across the organization to build alignment and collaboration.
    • Build trust and transparency.
  • Customer Engagement:
    • Meet regularly with customers and prospects.
    • Build confidence in the product vision and roadmap.
    • Ensure alignment with customer needs.
