Requirements

Candidates should have 10+ years of experience in product analytics, growth strategy, or product insights roles within B2B SaaS, with a proven track record of building and leading high-impact product analytics or intelligence teams. Expertise in modern product analytics tools such as Periscope, Snowflake, and Tableau is required, along with exceptional communication and storytelling skills to influence at all levels. A deep product intuition and strong understanding of user behavior, growth funnels, and feature adoption patterns are essential.

Responsibilities

The Director of Product Intelligence & Insights will build and lead the product analytics function, defining core metrics, instrumentation standards, and analytic frameworks to measure and communicate product performance. This role involves leading product management for the external-facing customer analytics experience, aligning internal telemetry with externally communicated value. Responsibilities include partnering with Product, Design, and Engineering to ensure data accuracy, uncovering friction points and opportunities through user behavior analysis, and driving strategy for feature adoption, monetization experiments, and pricing outcomes. The role also includes developing self-serve dashboards, delivering executive-level insight narratives, integrating product data with broader signals, hiring and mentoring a team, and evangelizing a culture of insight and experimentation.
