Requirements

Candidates should have 10+ years of experience in product analytics, growth strategy, or product insights roles within B2B SaaS, with a proven track record of building and leading high-impact product analytics or intelligence teams. A deep product intuition, proficiency in modern product analytics tools such as Periscope, Snowflake, and Tableau, and exceptional communication and storytelling skills are essential. Experience owning or contributing to external-facing customer reporting, dashboards, or value articulation tools is also required.

Responsibilities

The Director of Product Intelligence & Insights will build and lead the product analytics function, measuring and communicating product performance across all business lines. They will define core metrics, instrumentation standards, and analytic frameworks, and lead product management for the external-facing customer analytics experience. Responsibilities include partnering with Product, Design, and Engineering to ensure accurate telemetry, uncovering friction points and opportunities through user behavior analysis, and driving strategy for feature adoption and monetization experiments. The role also involves developing self-serve dashboards, delivering executive-level insight narratives, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and hiring, mentoring, and scaling a high-performing team while evangelizing a culture of insight and experimentation.
