Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Operations, or a related field, with over 8 years of experience in process and data ownership, operations, or transformation roles. Proven experience in leading cross-functional and cross-regional initiatives is required, with Med-Tech or other Life Science industry experience being a plus. A strong understanding of end-to-end business processes, Master Data, and MDM principles, along with excellent leadership, stakeholder management, analytical, data-driven decision-making, and prioritization skills are essential.

Responsibilities

The Director, Process Management will own and govern the end-to-end design, documentation, and continuous improvement of the Customer Master Data domain across all regions and enterprise systems. This includes defining global standards, policies, KPIs, and compliance rules, while ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and driving harmonization. Responsibilities also involve leading initiatives to improve data accuracy and consistency, managing change, chairing governance forums, soliciting and prioritizing enhancement requests, approving system changes, tracking ROI on process improvements, and leading transformation initiatives. The role requires acting as a single point of contact for Customer Master Data matters, building and engaging a global network of Regional and Local Process Owners, and collaborating with IT, Digital Health, Business Stakeholders, Finance, Legal, Compliance, and other functional teams to ensure process integration and alignment.
