The Director, Portfolio Marketing will develop and implement commercial strategies and programs to maximize customer demand and sales growth for Rockwell Automation’s global portfolio of products, services, and solutions. They will be responsible for bringing the portfolio to market, developing a go-to-market strategy, conducting audits, delivering training, advising management on risk mitigation, collaborating with peers in Marketing, Business Units, and Sales, and working with industry and regional marketing to tailor commercial strategies. Additionally, they will drive portfolio awareness, demand creation, and enablement efforts, support new product launches, and engage in ongoing business performance assessment and optimization, acting as a trusted advisor to business unit leaders and supporting the company’s inorganic growth strategy through partnerships and acquisitions.
