Requirements

  • 14+ years of progressive HR or People Partner experience, including at least 3 years partnering directly with executive-level leaders
  • Deep understanding of business models, GTM motions, and functional priorities across corporate and product teams

Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted thought partner and advisor to executive leaders across Corporate Functions and Product
  • Drive org design and effectiveness efforts, including structural changes, role clarity, spans/layers, and operating model refinement
  • Lead succession planning, talent reviews, and internal mobility planning for critical teams
  • Serve as a key voice in leadership development, manager effectiveness, and team performance strategies
  • Partner with COEs (e.g., L&D, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, People Enablement) to co-create scalable solutions and tailor them to business needs
  • Anticipate talent risks using people analytics and workforce data, and guide leaders in proactive action
  • Provide coaching and development to leaders during moments of change—including reorgs, leadership transitions, and business pivots
