Requirements

Candidates should have broad experience across the full spectrum of an HR function, including advising and influencing at Senior Executive levels. Significant experience working across cultures and in the EMEA region is required, along with excellent leadership skills, high emotional intelligence, and resilience. Highly developed interpersonal skills are necessary, as well as proficiency in dealing with complexity. Candidates must possess excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and oral. A degree in Business, Human Resources, or a similar field is preferred, with a minimum of 10 years of HR experience and at least 5 years of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

The Director People, EMEA will provide leadership, consulting, and coaching to EMEA leaders across all areas of the People function, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management. They will assist in developing and deploying programs, policies, and procedures to align team members with strategic goals. In a People Partner capacity, they will drive strategic workforce planning and talent development initiatives for the region. The role includes building a thriving culture and working environment, establishing and maintaining a motivated People team, and collaborating with CoE People & Talent functions to achieve business outcomes.
