Vanta is seeking an exceptional Director, People Business Partner to support its global Revenue organization. This role is critical to accelerating Vanta’s growth and helping Revenue leaders build, develop, and retain world-class teams. The People Business Partner (PBP) team is unique, acting as “quarterbacks” for People matters, deeply involved in the business and focused on clear business outcomes. This role reports directly to the Head of People Business Partners.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience as a PBP supporting senior leaders in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted thought partner, consultant, and coach to senior leaders across the Revenue organization, including the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and global Revenue leaders.
  • Be the primary point of contact on all people-related matters for global Revenue team members at all levels.
  • Provide support, guidance, and thought leadership on areas such as performance management, change management, employee relations, workforce and talent planning, career development, manager development, etc.
  • Partner with leaders to foster and drive a high-performance culture and environment, driving initiatives that improve employee performance, engagement, and retention.
  • Collect and analyze data to deliver insights and drive recommendations that support the business.
  • Assess organizational health and effectiveness on a regular basis and identify opportunities to drive improvements and efficiencies.
  • Drive the project management and execution of critical People programs such as performance reviews, compensation planning, talent reviews, and engagement surveys.
  • Hire and lead a team of People Business Partners to support the growing Revenue organization, including PBPs in EMEA and APAC.
