Requirements

Candidates should have 10+ years of experience as a People Business Partner supporting senior leaders in a fast-paced environment, with a preference for experience in a global Revenue organization. A minimum of 5 years of people leadership experience is preferred. Strong strategic thinking skills are required, along with expertise in HR practices and a strong business acumen. Candidates must demonstrate excellent influencing, communication, and problem-solving abilities, as well as a track record of taking action and getting things done.

Responsibilities

The Director, People Business Partner will serve as a trusted thought partner and consultant to senior leaders across the Revenue organization. They will be the primary point of contact for all people-related matters, providing guidance on performance management, change management, and employee relations. The role involves fostering a high-performance culture, collecting and analyzing data to drive insights, assessing organizational health, and executing critical People programs. Additionally, the Director will hire and lead a team of People Business Partners to support the growing Revenue organization.
