Strong knowledge of US, Canadian, and Mexican payroll regulations and tax laws is essential, as is experience with global payroll systems and compliance tools. Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to manage complex projects are also required.
As the Director of Product Payroll Compliance, you will lead research efforts to develop compliant payroll engines across the Americas, collaborate with the development team to design and optimize workflows, ensure legislative changes are incorporated into engine configurations promptly and accurately, and develop resources and frameworks to support the team. You will also be responsible for navigating the complexities of regional compliance and driving initiatives that power the company's growth.
