The Director of Strategic Partnerships should possess 8+ years of experience in account management, partnerships, or customer success, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role. They should have experience working for a marketplace company or start-up and demonstrate a proven ability to drive revenue growth across large, complex books of business.
As the Director of Strategic Partnerships, the candidate will lead three Enterprise account management teams, drive consistent revenue growth and retention across the entire Enterprise portfolio, collaborate cross-functionally to roll out new products and initiatives, develop and enforce operational processes that support scalability and efficiency, partner with Business Development to drive first-year pro success and reduce churn, champion the growth of smaller, emerging accounts while maintaining focus on large partnerships, support the success of special projects, serve as the senior point of escalation and advocate for both internal stakeholders and strategic partners, and monitor and report on team performance, identifying opportunities to improve outputs and engagement.
