  • Strong background in Public Sector, Labor/Taft-Hartley Funds, and/or National Accounts account management and leadership
  • At least 5+ years industry and leadership experience with proven track record of success
  • Previous success leading and mentoring an account management team
  • Health & Life license is required
  • Bachelors degree preferred, or equivalent work experience

Responsibilities

  • Lead a seasoned Public & Labor Account Management/Account Executive team responsible for growth and business retention of Aetna CVS Health products and services
  • Manage customer relationships; accountable for book of business earnings, revenue, and membership performance
  • Act as Senior Customer and Consultant Relationship Manager, owning/managing relationships with key consultant and broker partners
  • Act as Senior Leader for sales and retention efforts
  • Act as Senior Solutions Advisor identifying earnings growth, customer savings, health improvement and member experience strategies
  • Act as Senior Representative for internal/external messaging and reporting processes
  • Ensure team delivery of customer commitments
  • Establish customer account stewardship plan and lead team execution and accountability
  • Handle day-to-day performance management and ongoing performance appraisal for the team
  • Conduct talent assessment and calibration
  • Provide compensation assessment and recommendations
  • Oversee training and skill development
  • Provide coaching and feedback
