They must possess the ability to understand technical requirements, develop and execute account plans across complex organizations, and lead complex negotiations involving bespoke commercial agreements. Strong presentation skills, superior verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment are essential. A strong interest in technology and a deep understanding of the space are also required.
The Director of Sales, Enterprise will target enterprise and strategic business opportunities across high-growth technology segments, develop impactful sales plans, and manage a full sales cycle from lead development to close and launch. They will build relationships with executive stakeholders, collaborate with various company leaders to lead product workshops, and contribute to team projects to refine the sales process. Additionally, they will engage with Product and Engineering teams to drive product strategy and utilize Salesforce for end-to-end pipeline management.
