Responsibilities

The Director of Sales, EMEA will lead and manage a high-performing sales organization across EMEA, including Enterprise Sales, Brand Partnerships, General Sales, and Sales Development functions. They will develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and growth objectives, providing exceptional leadership by recruiting, developing, and retaining top talent. The role involves implementing and maintaining rigorous pipeline management processes, holding sales managers accountable for consistent pipeline generation, and fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation. Partnering closely with sales reps and providing direct coaching and strategic guidance will be a key responsibility, as will driving consistent revenue growth and expanding market share across key European markets.
