Exceptional leadership, team management, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills are required, along with an analytical mindset to drive decision-making.
The Director of Sales will develop and implement sales strategies to achieve organizational revenue and growth targets. They will lead, mentor, and manage a sales team of 10-15 members while fostering a culture of accountability and excellence. The role includes identifying and cultivating new business opportunities within the B2B market, building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, and staying ahead of industry trends. They will leverage knowledge of the K-12 education sector to tailor sales approaches and develop partnerships with educational institutions. Additionally, they will manage sales operations, including forecasting, budgeting, and reporting, and drive continuous improvement in sales processes, tools, and methodologies.
