  • Proven success leading go-to-market for new consumer products (0-1) with a large user base under stringent regulatory and quality requirements
  • Strategic influence: Ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams toward a shared vision
  • Exceptional analytical skills: Adept at translating complex data into actionable insights that inform product and business decisions
  • A blend of strategic and hands-on experience: Ability to define high-level strategy and dive into execution details, with an outcome-oriented mindset and strong bias for action

Responsibilities

  • Lead go-to-market strategy: Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy for new verticals, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives
  • Own product positioning: Define and manage the product’s core messaging and value proposition; craft compelling narratives and customer profiles for competitive positioning; build frameworks for consistency across all channels
  • Drive product growth: Partner with product and CRM teams to develop in-product messaging and lifecycle communications to drive engagement and retention
  • Champion market and customer insights: Conduct primary research and partner with the research team to synthesize a holistic view of the market; serve as the voice of the customer to inform product positioning, messaging, and GTM strategy
  • Establish and own key metrics: Define and track key success metrics; establish OKRs for product marketing; ensure alignment with overall company goals
