We are seeking a Director of Marketing to lead and scale a high-performing demand generation engine that drives revenue and accelerates Hive’s growth across email, SMS, and advertising channels. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on experimentation, accountability, and building a marketing team that moves fast and efficiently, with AI as a key unlock.
You’ll sit at the intersection of Marketing, Revenue, and Operations. You’ll lead our marketing team with a player-coach mindset, rolling up your sleeves to launch and iterate full-funnel campaigns while empowering the team to do their best work. You’ll drive a weighted revenue pipeline to sales, manage a tightly focused experimental roadmap, and obsess over the right metrics from CPL to CAC: LTV. Reporting to our CEO, you'll help bring Hive's brand and value proposition to life in a way that drives measurable impact.
