Candidates must have over 7 years of experience in business development, sales, or program management, with a successful track record in the defense, aerospace, or high-tech industries. A deep knowledge of the INDOPACOM region, including key defense markets and regional security challenges, is essential. Candidates should demonstrate the ability to win and execute complex defense contracts, possess exceptional communication and negotiation skills, and have proven leadership experience. Willingness to travel extensively and an established network within defense ministries and major contractors in the region are also required.
The Director of INDOPACOM will develop and execute a comprehensive regional strategy to expand market presence and deliver solutions to key stakeholders. They will lead business development initiatives, build and maintain relationships with military officials and industry leaders, and identify and win high-value contracts. The role includes acting as the company's representative in the region, collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions, providing market intelligence, managing the regional pipeline, ensuring compliance with international defense regulations, and guiding product development to meet regional needs.
