Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field, or equivalent work experience, and a minimum of three years of experience managing teams focused on websites, SEO/paid search, and organic/paid social media.
The Director of Inbound Marketing will manage inbound marketing team members and processes to achieve company goals for brand awareness, demand generation, and opportunity creation, execute strategy for inbound marketing channels such as website/blog strategy, SEO, paid search, and social media, oversee expansion of websites including knowbe4.com and other websites, measure and optimize inbound marketing programs using data and reports, identify and evaluate new marketing programs and vendors, collaborate with marketing team members to maintain brand consistency, review and approve promotional content, stay informed about digital marketing trends, identify and manage marketing agencies and platforms, and provide recommendations regarding employee management.
