  • Experienced in designing and executing learning and development programs, including onboarding, compliance training, leadership development, and skill-building

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all strategic and functional aspects of human resources
  • Lead a lean HR team, including direct management of the HR Specialist for day-to-day operations
  • Serve as trusted advisor to senior leadership on HR matters
  • Develop and execute human capital strategy aligned with organizational and contract goals
  • Lead HR initiatives supporting scalability, employee engagement, and retention
  • Champion values-driven, high-performance culture; develop programs for employee experience, morale, and recognition
  • Facilitate internal communication, feedback channels, engagement surveys; lead company-wide announcements, all-hands messaging, policy rollouts, and culture-building initiatives
  • Provide hands-on leadership and guidance to managers and employees; reinforce caring, respectful work environment
  • Manage organizational risk and employee advocacy; ensure compliant, defensible, ethical HR decisions
  • Lead performance management processes, coaching, career development, leadership development, and succession planning
  • Establish and maintain company KPIs to measure talent strategy effectiveness and align workforce performance with goals
  • Lead company-wide compliance with employment laws, government contracting regulations, and internal policies; maintain and audit HR policies/procedures
  • Lead competitive compensation benchmarking, pay equity analysis; manage benefits design, administration, employee education; align rewards with talent strategy and contracts
  • Use HR data for trend assessment, decision-making, and reporting key metrics (e.g., turnover, hiring, workforce readiness) to leadership
  • Deliver actionable insights through regular reporting and workforce trend analysis; leverage data for headcount planning, retention, policy effectiveness
