They must have an exceptional understanding of growth marketing and revenue marketing tactics, along with experience partnering closely with Sales teams (BDR, Account Managers, Sales Managers) to align inbound and outbound communications.
The Director of Growth Marketing will lead demand generation planning and strategy, crafting scalable and repeatable campaigns inclusive of omni-channel approaches, and delivering against revenue targets. They will manage a team of growth marketers, fostering collaboration with other marketing and business teams, establishing partnerships with Sales teams, and leveraging data to make investment decisions. Additionally, the role involves managing a global marketing budget, identifying and vetting marketing investment opportunities, and delivering consistent reports with insights to ensure continuous improvement and quick identification of performance drivers.
