The Director of Go-to-Market (GTM) should possess a deep understanding of Go-To-Market strategies in the DTC environment, coupled with significant experience in successful brand and product launches, integrated campaigns, and working within digital/e-commerce organizations. A strong understanding of customer needs and the ability to develop compelling product positioning and messaging are essential, along with experience in managing teams and fostering cross-functional collaboration.
This role requires the development and execution of comprehensive GTM strategies for new and existing insurance products, aligning them with business objectives and market opportunities, defining target audiences and market sizing, and establishing channel strategies. The Director will also be responsible for crafting clear product positioning and messaging, overseeing the creation of high-quality product-related content and assets, designing and implementing Customer Lifecycle Management (CLM) strategies, and enhancing customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
