The Director of Enterprise Client Success should possess 8+ years of experience in account management, partnerships, or customer success, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role. They must have experience overseeing large, complex books of business and demonstrate proven revenue growth results. Strong people leadership skills and a history of building high-performing teams are also required.
As the Director of Enterprise Client Success, the candidate will lead three Enterprise account management teams – Ads, Mid-Market, and Corporate, drive consistent revenue growth and retention across the entire Enterprise portfolio, collaborate cross-functionally to roll out new products and initiatives, develop and enforce operational processes that support scalability and efficiency, partner with Business Development to drive first-year pro success and reduce churn, champion the growth of smaller, emerging accounts while maintaining focus on large partnerships, support the success of special projects, serve as the senior point of escalation and advocate for both internal stakeholders and strategic partners, and monitor and report on team performance.
