Requirements

Candidates should possess a minimum of 5 years of successful outbound enterprise sales experience within the payments industry, demonstrating industry alignment as a must. Preferred experience includes working in a B2B SaaS organization, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Familiarity with Salesforce, G Suite, and Slack is also required, along with a fundamental knowledge of payments flows and an eagerness to learn and utilize AI tools to streamline processes.

Responsibilities

The Director of Enterprise Business Development will be responsible for creating and prioritizing strategic target account lists, developing targeted communication campaigns in partnership with Marketing, researching and building new accounts through outreach, presenting and negotiating contract pricing and terms, and being accountable for achieving MRR and AR sales goals. This role will also involve effectively building and managing a sales pipeline, proactively communicating with leadership, creating and articulating ROI, completing daily touch points to target merchants, understanding core products, keeping up-to-date on industry trends, collaborating with Marketing on lead generation, and completing quarterly platform certifications. Additionally, the Director will be expected to travel for sales conferences and prospect meetings, and support Monetery to facilitate key relationships.
