Requirements

Candidates should possess 7+ years of new logo enterprise software sales (SaaS) experience, a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, and a strong preference for Learning or Human Capital Technology experience. They should also have experience with value-based sales methodology and be comfortable managing large, complex deals with Enterprise accounts.

Responsibilities

The Director of Enterprise Sales will lead conversations with executive leaders at influential companies, helping them understand Degreed’s platform and drive revenue within a specified region. This role involves developing and managing a strategic territory business plan, generating leads from various events, building and managing a strong sales pipeline, delivering impactful presentations, and staying up to date on industry trends. The Director will also travel up to 25% of the time to meet with clients and represent the company.
