Requirements

Candidates must have 5+ years of relevant experience in UX/UI design with a proven track record of delivering enterprise products. Demonstrated experience in building design systems and establishing UX/UI standards from scratch is required. The ideal candidate will have experience delivering data-informed web and mobile experiences that balance user needs and business goals, and the ability to operate independently in complex, distributed organizations with a bias for action. Proficiency with modern design and collaboration tools is essential, and prior experience managing designers is strongly preferred. Experience with AI-based design tools is also highly preferred.

Responsibilities

The Lead UX/UI Designer will own end-to-end design, translating complex problems into intuitive experiences for client and candidate portals by collaborating with Product Managers, engineers, and stakeholders. They will champion user research by conducting interviews, building prototypes, and performing usability testing to inform designs with customer insights. This role involves establishing and maintaining a design system, creating reusable patterns, and defining best practices that scale across teams. The designer will also shape the product development process by integrating UX strategically and will lead and mentor a junior UX/UI designer, modeling best practices.
