Requirements

The ideal candidate brings 8+ years of experience in cloud engineering and software development, with at least 5 years in a leadership role, proven experience leading and scaling an engineering practice or department, ideally within an AWS-focused services company, deep expertise in AWS services, architectures, and best practices, deep expertise in software development patterns, architectures, and best practices, strong background in DevOps, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and automation, excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, and experience working with enterprise clients across various industries.

Responsibilities

The Director of Cloud Native Applications will take part in Defining and executing the strategic vision for the Cloud Native Applications Practice, establishing and promoting industry-leading methodologies, frameworks, and architectures for cloud-native solutions, leading and mentoring a team of 50+ software engineers, architects, and consultants, overseeing the successful execution of customer engagements, strengthening our collaboration with AWS, supporting pre-sales efforts, contributing to go-to-market strategies, driving revenue growth, driving the development and implementation of AI-powered solutions, and representing the company in conferences, webinars, and AWS-related events.
