Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related discipline, with a Master’s degree preferred. A minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing analytics, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, is required. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, along with proficiency in SQL and experience with marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms. Experience with A/B testing methodologies and statistical modeling is also necessary.

Responsibilities

As the Director of Marketing Analytics and Experimentation, you will lead the development and execution of a comprehensive marketing analytics strategy, aligning it with business goals and marketing KPIs. You will design, implement, and analyze experiments focused on pricing and promotional testing to optimize revenue and customer value. Furthermore, you will be responsible for driving data-informed decision-making across the marketing organization, conducting deep-dive data analysis, and providing actionable insights to stakeholders. You will also oversee media performance measurement, collaborate on data infrastructure improvements, mentor a team of analysts, and serve as a strategic partner to various teams including Marketing, Product, Finance, and Executive Leadership.
