Responsibilities

As the Director, Loyalty Marketing, you will own the loyalty roadmap aimed at increasing customer retention, engagement, and success by evolving existing loyalty program initiatives and incentives into a structured, scalable program, developing strategies to help customers stay engaged and achieve results through habit formation tools, and designing reporting to track key retention metrics. You will also work closely with tech to implement and optimize loyalty-related workflows, partner with various teams to bring initiatives to life, own the loyalty budget, manage vendor partnerships, and oversee program investments, while managing and coaching a high-performing team.
