Requirements

Candidates must possess at least 8 years of experience in Information Technology leadership or technical operations roles, with a minimum of 2 years managing managers. Experience operating in remote or distributed organizations is essential, along with a proven track record in scaling IT functions through change or growth. Responsibilities

The Director of Information Technology will lead the company's internal technology strategy and operations, including IT Support, Systems Engineering, Business Systems, and Program Management. This role involves defining and executing the roadmap for core IT functions, ensuring performance, scalability, security, and alignment with business priorities. Responsibilities include partnering cross-functionally with leaders, championing modern IT practices, managing global hardware and software lifecycles, overseeing IT service delivery, and supporting compliance readiness. The director will also build and lead a high-performing IT organization, improve IT service management practices, establish operational KPIs, and serve as a strategic partner to executive leadership.
