The Director, Go-To-Market Strategy & Operations will be responsible for defining the strategy and operations of the sales force in the UK, driving reporting and insights for the GTM sales organization. This role involves partnering with Sales executive leadership to translate data into actionable insights, leading internal sales processes and operational activities to maximize sales productivity, and overseeing core areas such as sales performance reporting, cross-functional initiatives to increase sales efficiency, and annual strategic planning. The Director will also manage key company objectives through strong project management skills, establish and lead the GTM strategy & operations function for the region, drive planning efforts for sales strategy, quota setting, team structure, resourcing, and account assignments, and lead annual planning activities including revenue growth projections and headcount planning. Additionally, they will continually optimize the sales funnel through data, systems, strategy, and process, including sales pipeline and forecast management, provide analytical thought leadership, support goal setting and performance measurement, and act as a cross-functional subject matter expert.
