Requirements

Candidates should have 15+ years of professional experience in People Operations, a proven track record of redesigning processes using AI and technology, and experience leading People Operations in international geographies, ideally the UK and EMEA. The ideal candidate has experience scaling companies from a few hundred to over a thousand employees, possesses strong leadership skills with experience managing remote teams across different time zones, and approaches problems with both expertise and first principles thinking.

Responsibilities

The Director of Global People Operations will own and operate key People Operations areas including onboarding, offboarding, immigration, benefits administration, HRIS management, and compliance. They will be responsible for creating a delightful employee experience for People Operations processes, driving continuous improvement through AI and technology, and managing a high-performing team of People Operations generalists. This role also involves measuring the impact of People Operations, partnering with Legal for compliance, and collaborating with other People team leaders to integrate People Operations with the overall People strategy.
