Responsibilities

The Director, Forward Deployed Solution Architect will lead and empower a team of forward-deployed architects and engineers in identifying high-impact AI opportunities through strategic discovery workshops and stakeholder alignment. They will oversee the design of AI-native systems leveraging LLMs, RAG pipelines, retrieval logic, and workflow orchestration, ensuring technical excellence and business relevance. This role involves guiding teams to uncover opportunities, design AI-powered systems that deliver ROI, and ensure those solutions scale effectively across the Now Platform, serving as a strategic partner to customers and internal stakeholders to shape the vision for applied AI and operationalize innovation at scale.
