Requirements

Responsibilities

The Applied AI Engineer will lead the end-to-end development of LLM-powered features, architect and scale infrastructure for experimentation and fine-tuning, and make decisions regarding context engineering for optimal LLM performance. Responsibilities include analyzing AI traces to design experiments, defining success metrics for agent performance, designing and executing evaluation frameworks, shaping technical strategy, collaborating with product and engineering teams, and translating domain-specific knowledge into LLM-compatible experiences.
