Requirements

Candidates should possess 10+ years of experience in Strategic Finance, FP&A, or Business Operations Finance, ideally within high-growth tech, AI, SaaS, or hardware industries. They require a deep understanding of GTM finance, including sales models, partnerships, pricing, and scaling revenue operations, along with strong experience in operations finance, particularly in supply chain, logistics, IT, and data center planning. Furthermore, candidates must demonstrate the ability to partner with GTM, Operations, and Finance leaders to drive strategic decision-making, and possess analytical skills in financial modeling, scenario analysis, and forecasting, alongside comfort navigating fast-paced, ambiguous environments.

Responsibilities

The Finance Director – GTM and Operations Finance will partner with GTM and Operations leadership teams to support strategic initiatives that drive customer acquisition, expansion, and revenue acceleration, while also optimizing deal structuring, developing headcount and resource planning models, and shaping pricing strategies. They will bridge GTM and Operations planning, aligning supply and demand, support supply chain, fulfillment, and capacity planning, assess data center profitability, lead real estate and data center financial planning, and partner with IT and InfoSec leadership. Additionally, the role involves serving as a key input into corporate planning cycles, collaborating with FP&A, Accounting, and Investor Relations, and supporting cross-functional finance initiatives to align execution with financial objectives.
