Responsibilities
Manages a client base of existing and prospective ultra-high net worth (UHNW) clients
Oversees the retention and growth of assigned client group through a defined, structured, consistent service and sales model
Provides advice-driven solutions to solidify current relationships and capture additional opportunities
Cultivates and manages deep, long-term relationships with UHNW clients, acting as their trusted advisor and navigating complex financial needs
Gains a comprehensive understanding of each client’s unique family dynamics, financial goals, and philanthropic aspirations through deep assessment and annual recapping with a client letter
Ensures development and implementation of customized wealth management strategies for UHNW clients
Develops tailored meeting agendas with proactive, targeted advice and a relationship timeline to fulfill client goals in the short, medium, and long term
Reviews individual account relationships to determine banking and investment needs; anticipates and creates opportunities to enhance client relationships
Places emphasis on relationship building and participates in development of new and integrated solutions to client needs; brings in experts when appropriate, closes sales, and ensures smooth delivery while communicating emerging needs
Structures and negotiates complex loans within authorized lending limits and ensures credit quality
Provides financial services to clients, including wealth structuring, credit facilities, banking, asset management, budgeting, insurance, charitable giving, wealth transfer, and tax services
Builds relationships with internal and external partners and centers of excellence
Incorporates digital solutions and capabilities to enhance the client experience
