The Director of Ethics and Compliance Training and Communications will lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the U.S. ethics and compliance training and communications strategy, ensuring alignment with global objectives and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities include ensuring training programs support compliance with laws and industry codes, creating engaging training content, partnering with stakeholders to inform training development, leading field-based liaisons, driving training completion, evaluating effectiveness, reporting metrics to leadership, supporting global initiatives, providing guidance on training requirements, and identifying new tools and methods to enhance training outcomes.
