Requirements

Candidates should possess at least 7 years of sales and/or account management experience, with a preference for more sales experience than account management or customer success, and at least 3 years in a senior leadership role. They should have a proven track record of managing enterprise sales teams and scaling revenue in a food service distribution environment or within a food technology space, along with experience and knowledge within the coffee and cafe vertical being a plus. Strong analytical skills, including comfort with enterprise CRM systems, Slack, Excel, and the Google Suite, are required, as well as an excellent executive presence with exceptional communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

The Director of Enterprise Sales and Account Management will lead the strategy and execution of enterprise-level customer acquisition and retention efforts, including establishing sales and retention targets, managing performance against KPIs, coaching and developing a team of enterprise sales managers and account managers, identifying whitespace opportunities, driving acquisition of net new enterprise accounts, managing key strategic customers, ensuring expansion of wallet share and contract renewals, and using data and market insights to inform strategic decisions. They will also partner cross-functionally with Customer Support, Marketing, Operations, and Product to deliver a seamless customer experience, oversee onboarding, success planning, and relationship management for all enterprise accounts, and ensure effective execution of strategic account management plans.
