Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and guide the regional team of Customer Onboarding Managers.
  • Deliver payroll implementation across multiple geographies and business sectors.
  • Ensure seamless, efficient, and compliant payroll implementations.
  • Process client payrolls accurately, timely, and in compliance with local, national, and international regulations.
  • Act as executive contact for clients during the payroll implementation phase.
  • Engage with clients to understand their specific needs and provide consultation.
  • Ensure client requirements are met through customized payroll solutions.
