A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, or a related field is necessary, with a Master's degree or relevant certifications being a plus. Strong project management and organizational skills, excellent leadership abilities, and exceptional client-facing communication skills are also required.

They will act as the executive contact for clients during the implementation phase, ensuring that project goals are met and that the implementation process is smooth and efficient. Responsibilities include overseeing all stages of the payroll implementation process, providing guidance and support to team members, identifying areas for improvement in payroll processes, and delivering regular status updates to senior leadership and clients.
