Requirements

Candidates must have over 7 years of experience in global payroll, with at least 5 years in a leadership role overseeing payroll system implementations. Proven experience managing complex payroll implementations for multinational clients is essential, along with expertise in payroll technology platforms. A strong understanding of global payroll regulations and compliance standards across various regions is required. Responsibilities

The Director of Customer Onboarding will lead and manage a team of Customer Onboarding Managers to deliver payroll implementations across multiple geographies. They will act as the executive contact for clients during the implementation phase, ensuring that project goals are met and that the implementation process is smooth and efficient. Responsibilities include overseeing all stages of the payroll implementation process, providing guidance and support to team members, identifying areas for improvement in payroll processes, and delivering regular status updates to senior leadership and clients.
