Responsibilities

As the Director, CRM Operations, you will own and evolve Nutrafol’s CRM operations function, managing a team of specialists and partnering with various internal teams to execute marketing initiatives while optimizing the marketing tech stack. You will also project manage complex marketing initiatives, develop and enforce SOPs for campaign management, lead RFP and vendor evaluations, and support the integration and performance of martech platforms, ensuring flawless campaign delivery and measurable impact.
