They must have a proven track record of developing successful content strategies targeted at enterprise customers, along with experience working cross-functionally with teams to deliver customer insights and enablement material. Exceptional writing and copy editing skills are required, including proficiency in tools such as Sprout, WordPress, LinkedIn ads, Google Ads, SEM Rush, and Hubspot or similar CRM systems.
The Director, Content Marketing will be responsible for creating and overseeing content marketing plans, including content creation, optimization, and distribution with an SEO strategy. This role involves conducting market research to identify target audiences and content opportunities, creating engaging content across various mediums such as blog posts, whitepapers, and social media updates, managing the Arkestro website content for conversions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to establish content request workflows, working with analysts and thought leaders on content, and translating product capabilities into buyer benefits. They will also contribute to framing the product marketing strategy, ensuring consistent brand voice and design, and thriving in a fast-paced environment while wearing multiple hats to support high-priority initiatives.
