Requirements

  • 8+ years of working experience in a Client Success role within the adtech, digital and/or programmatic industry
  • 2+ years of people management experience, role will manage a team of 1-3 Client Success Managers
  • Strong knowledge of the ad-tech ecosystem, key industry partners and technical market standards (ad serving, SSP, DSP, IAS, DV, etc.)
  • Great passion for digital and understanding of the digital advertising landscape; experience in healthcare is a plus
  • Desire to work in a rapidly growing and ever-changing startup environment
  • Detail oriented and organized with flexibility to work on diverse projects and accounts
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to critically think to solve problems and answer client ad hoc questions
  • Proficient with Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Proven track record of success owning customer relationships, client meetings, QBR's, product training, data analysis, and strategic business reviews

Responsibilities

  • Manage all day-to-day operations associated with key strategic accounts; serve as the primary point person for all post sale client requests and communication with clients (including optimizations, reporting, recommendations, etc.)
  • Manage, mentor and coach a pod of Client Success Managers
  • Develop, grow and maintain solid customer relationships with clients through exceptional client service
  • Monitor pacing and delivery while working with the Campaign Manager to find ways to optimize based on client’s success metrics
  • Work with the Analytics team to provide ongoing insights on campaign performance and post-campaign wrap-up analysis, as well as conduct client business reviews
  • Work closely with Sales and Strategy to identify ways to grow accounts and bring forth strategic recommendations
  • Help develop best practices within the Operations organization through internal collaboration
  • Stay current with best practices, strategies, and industry standards related to digital marketing
  • Work with Sales and Campaign Managers to ensure the accuracy of all IO related data
