Requirements

Candidates should have 7-10 years of experience in digital analytics and data implementation. Expertise in various platforms including ESPs, digital media, web analytics, and tag management systems is required. Experience with CRM and email marketing measurement tools like Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Litmus Email Analytics is also necessary, along with knowledge of mobile app measurement and attribution platforms such as Branch MMP, AppsFlyer, Kochava, and Adjust. Familiarity with digital media tracking across Google Marketing Platform, other DSPs, Microsoft Ads, Facebook Ads, Pinterest Ads, Twitter Ads, and LinkedIn Ads is expected.

Responsibilities

The Director, Analytics Enablement will support the collection and activation of analytics data, providing consultation and technical solutions for measurement and reporting goals. This role involves architecting, building, and maintaining tracking implementations, conventions, and taxonomies, along with creating technical documentation. Responsibilities include interfacing with clients and partners, authoring client-facing documents like presentations and BRDs, and educating stakeholders on industry changes related to analytics and data privacy. The Director will also perform discovery of client ecosystems, advise on CRM, email, mobile app, and digital media tracking, conceive tracking architectures, and provide comprehensive validation of all implemented tracking to ensure measurement accuracy.
