About the Role:

CrowdStrike is seeking an Alliance Partnership Director, Southern Europe to refine and execute existing relationships with Solution Providers, MSSPs, Global System Integrators, Distributors, and Technology Alliances. Success in this role requires building strong relationships, identifying and onboarding new partners, driving business opportunities through indirect channels, and achieving significant growth in partner-sourced deals.

What You’ll Do:

  • Acting as a business partner to the Southern Europe Regional Leaders to deliver the indirect revenue goals as outlined in the strategic plan.
  • Attract, recruit, retain, lead, and enable a team of indirect sellers / alliance managers across Southern Europe.
  • Manage direct executive relationships with key strategic partners.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with key stakeholders across sales, marketing, solution architects, and operations.
  • Forecasting of the partner sourced business for Southern Europe and working with the Sales Leadership on triangulation of the partner view to help support the overall forecast process.
  • Operating as the channel leader and acting as a focal point of all channel functional teams such as MSSP, Global System Integrators and Cloud Service Providers to align the partner business with sales teams.
  • Public speaking at partner events and leadership of Partner Advisory Boards.
  • Analyzing key metrics from reports, dashboards, etc. to optimize the indirect business.
  • Identifying areas for improvement across the channel strategy, including having an overall balanced and strategic plan for segments like SMB, Corporate and Enterprise, along with product based strategies and initiatives.
  • Coordinate with Channel Solution Architect leadership on technical enablement for relevant partners.
