Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Build and Scale Agency Partnerships: Develop and execute scalable programs—events, enablement initiatives, and community-building efforts—that strengthen our relationships with growth agencies and increase their revenue impact
  • Drive Net-New Acquisition: Identify, recruit, and onboard new agency partners aligned with Attentive’s customer base, creating a diverse and high-performing partner ecosystem
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with Product, Marketing, and Sales leadership to align strategies, influence roadmaps, and deliver joint go-to-market initiatives that accelerate growth
  • Coach and Develop Talent: Lead, mentor, and scale a team of Agency Partner Managers and the Agency Success team, building a high-performance culture and ensuring the team consistently exceeds targets
  • Be the Voice of the Agency Ecosystem: Advocate for and promote our partners externally in the marketing ecosystem. Advocate internally for agency partners by surfacing market insights and feedback, ensuring our partner program and product evolve with their needs
