As a Director - Business Development at Nium, the individual will demonstrate an entrepreneurial mindset, partner with industry leaders in strategic sectors like financial institutions, travel, and technology, and collaborate across functions including account management, product, and compliance. They will identify, secure, and manage client relationships across Asia Pacific, effectively negotiating and persuading potential clients, generate revenue, achieve financial targets, proactively hunt for opportunities, build relationships with key players in banks, map accounts, influence decision-makers, and close deals. The role involves giving customers the best experience and providing innovative payment solutions to unlock business growth.
