Requirements

  • At least 0-2 years of Sales, Customer Service, or Direct Sales Account Management experience
  • Excellent presentation skills (with groups of all sizes and levels of management)
  • Ability to work independently and achieve sales goals
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, but equivalent training and experience will be considered
  • Ability to travel to meet the demands of the assigned territory
  • Onsite location requirement

Responsibilities

  • Conduct on-the-spot consultations to understand customer needs
  • Present service options and provide estimates or quotes
  • Source new leads and secure business through proactive approaches (e.g., meetings with prospective clients)
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with new and existing customers
  • Assist the sales team by developing strategies focused on financial growth and customer satisfaction
  • Track all records of sales and revenue
  • Active contribution to the company’s growth strategy and wider business plan
  • Identify potential customers within a given territory
