Requirements

  • Proven marketing experience (2+ years), preferably in the life sciences industry
  • Exceptional strategic thinking, innovative mindset, and creative approach to designing digital solutions
  • Strong understanding of both traditional marketing channels and modern digital ecosystems
  • Ability to lead and inspire a small team while collaborating effectively with external agencies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in Czech and English

Responsibilities

  • Develop and define comprehensive direct marketing strategies tailored to clients’ needs
  • Design and implement end-to-end marketing campaigns using both classic methods and innovative digital solutions
  • Collaborate with external agencies and partners to execute and enhance the digital ecosystem
  • Analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimization
  • Leverage IQVIA’s unique data assets and technologies to inform campaign strategies and drive impactful results
  • Stay abreast of marketing trends, particularly in digital and life sciences industries, to continuously innovate
  • Maintain compliance with all regulations and standards applicable to direct marketing in the life sciences sector
  • Maintain constant relations with local clients, collaborating with the local IQVIA’s Sales team and also Sales & Marketing teams from other countries
