Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience managing iOS, Android, Windows devices using any MDM Solution
  • Intune Certified
  • Experience migrating Windows 10/11 devices from On-Prem AD+SCCM managed environment to Azure AD+Intune (standalone) managed environment
  • Expertise in PowerShell Scripting and proficiency in other scripting languages (e.g., VBS, Batch Scripts, etc.) is an advantage
  • In-depth knowledge to create and configure MDM policies
  • Knowledge of Device and User based Certificates (SCEP and NDES)
  • Excellent teamwork skills balanced with the ability to work independently
  • Proven interpersonal skills and basic knowledge of office tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI) for collecting and manipulating distribution results

Responsibilities

  • Create and Deploy applications (LOB/Win32/Store Apps/etc.) using Intune
  • Manage application lifecycle
  • Unattended enrollment of Windows, Mac, iOS, and Android devices
  • Manage Software Updates and Feature Updates for Windows 10/11
  • Manage OS Upgrades for Windows, Mac, iOS, and Android devices
  • Create packages using PowerShell App Deployment Toolkit (PSADT)
  • Expert-level Windows 10/11 build architecture and deployment experience, including customization and “branding” of a Windows 10/11 build
  • Windows Autopilot deployment experience using Azure/Intune
  • Mapping of Active Directory GPO controls and settings to Intune MDM Policies
  • Implementation of Kiosk Profiles
  • Experience in device management for Windows, iOS/iPadOS, macOS, and Android
  • Experience in configuring and managing Configuration Profiles, Compliance Policies, Defender policies, Firewall rules, etc
  • End-to-end management and troubleshooting of Windows, Mac, iOS, and Android devices, including OS, Application, Configuration, and Compliance management
  • Perform complex resolution activities to diagnose issues (related to application deployment, configuration issues, etc.)
  • Perform Quality Assurance focusing on end-user experience
  • Work with various teams to complete solutions as per the requirement/request from business
